The M.Com Ph.D programme is offered by some of the most reputed institutes in the country. Candidates have to appear for the entrance examination if they have not taken the GATE or National Eligibility Test (NET). Only in such cases, will the mark be considered. Otherwise, if you plan on joining Delhi University, for example, then you will have to take the All India entrance examination held by them in different cities throughout India.
