Hello,
Every NIT has its own cut off for admission in to B.Arch and it varies from one category to another. For example the cut off rank in 2020 for MNIT, Jaipur for general category was 930 to get Admission in B.Arch and for OBC-NCL it was 573 under other state category. The cut off rank for NIT, Calicut was 599 for general category and for EWS it was 144.
This cut off vary every year depending on the number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc. To have good chances of getting seat in a NIT you need to score minimum 250-280 marks or above if you belong to reserved categories and if you belong to general category you need to score above 280 marks to in JEE Main paper 2. This is an estimated score.
