In practical way, there is no free seat. You can apply for a TFW seat  during admission. If you apply this , you don't have to pay the tution fees but you have to pay rest of the fees. On the basis of your qualification, you can apply for scholarship at institute level,state level and national level.

That sum of amount you can pay for your fees in the college and which will be make you don't have to pay from your pocket.
