Hi Student

I would like to tell you that yes you can surely exit from the counseling process as you should not fill any choice in the second round of counseling, then you will be declared as you had exited from the counseling process and even of you fill the choices in the second round of counseling bug were unable to get any seat then also you will be regarded as exited from the counseling process.

Existing from the counseling process will not forfeite your security amount but only thousand rupees that you paid for the counseling process fees will not be returned as it was completely unreasonable rest all of the amount will be returned to you back.
