Hello,

The weightage of Laws of Motion and Wave is around 8 marks with one question each carrying 4 marks so you can afford to skip it. However i would not suggest you to skip any chapter because even a single marks matter and it can make or break so i would suggest you to cover each and every chapter.

I hope this helps.

yes it is possible as hardly 1-2 question are asked in exam from this chapter according to the previous year calculation,

but i would suggest you practice it as question from these chapters like bonus as they are just formula based doesn't require much problem solving ability just put the value in formula and boom you have the answer so practice for extra edge over other.

Hello Aspirant,

Wave motion is one of the most important chapters considered from the marks scoring point of view along with some other important chapters like Thermodynamics, Optics, Modern physics, Rotational motion, electrostatics and Magnetism, electromagnetism and their sub parts or topics.

But, if you want to leave wave motion and your concepts aren't good enough cleared for this chapter, then you can certainly leave one chapter. But, remember, you have to pay most likely attention to the chapters mentioned above since they are very much important from scoring point of view.

If you master those important chapters then you may definitely score very good marks out of 100 or maybe more than 90.

Hope that helps. Good luck
