I am assuming that you want to write BPT rather than DPT.

BPT, or a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, is a requirement for opening a clinic. One is able to open their own clinic after receiving their BPT degree. Although starting one's own clinic requires sufficient experience, this option is quite valuable. A physiotherapist must also register with the MIAP, or Member of Indian Association of Physiotherapists, organisation.
