While as a matter of fact there are almost no colleges in India that allow you to do your major in more than one field like Computer Science plus Physics. Student who usually desire such things move towards universities of abroad. You can definitely learn Physics on your own and there might be some sort of club in your college where students interested in different fields else than there own get to dive in. So explore your choices.
