Yes you can apply for special round of counseling conducted by CSAB even if you don’t participate in josaa rounds.

You can register for the CSAB round by paying rs46000 as counseling fee, of which rs1000 is participation fee and rest rs45000 will be adjusted with your college fee if you are allotted a seat or else it will be refunded into your bank a/c.

If you have already paid the counseling fees during the josaa rounds and have also accepted the seat,then you are not required to pay only rs1000 for the special round. If you are allotted a seat in CSAB round then your previous seat will be forfeited.
