No it's not possible,you need to register for csab round and new registration starts before commencement of round 1 allotment tentatively between 25th-27th july.

There is no chance to participate directly in CSAB special round 2 without participating in special round 1. If you want to know more information about the CSAB special round then you have to check the official website of it. here is the link.
