Almost all the states and colleges participating in JEE Main, have their own respective counselling and seat allotment process for various B.Tech programs and allied branches of study. In Haryana, the overall process of selecting eligible candidates, preparing merit lists and conducting counselling for B.Tech programs is managed by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES).

            Hope you are doing well.Haryana B.Tech counselling for2019 will be conducted in 4 rounds in off campus mode,online mode.To participate in counselling and seat allotment JEE Main rank will be considered for allotment of seats in round1 and round2,while rounds3 and4 comprises of inter merit of qualifying exams is considered.
