Yes, you can participate in second round of counselling if you have not participated in first round of counselling. Candidates who didn't get any seat allotment in round 1, candidates who haven't participated in round 1, candidates who didn't obtain their rank because of qualifying exam details are not found or appeared in supplementary can participate in round 2 provided they must qualify in EAMCET and fulfill the eligibility criteria.
