Can you manage your studies?
B.com you need to concentrate on accounting a lot  there will be a lot of syllabus to do.
CMA the 3 levels course you need to clear all of them without any issues.

CMA has 3 levels,
Foundation
Intermediate
Final
.
During foundation  exam you just need 10+2 passed certificate
But while attempting intermediate level degree certificate they will be asking.
.
And before all this you need to have membership of IMA.If you even doesn't complete your degree and IMA accepts for it you can go for it.

Yes. You can do that. It depends on your career choice. Normally CA students go for CA/CS/CMA along with Bcom. You have to choose your path and act accordingly. Also make sure your college has no attendance issues as you have to spend time for both the Courses.
