Yes. Surely you can and that is a good strategy also. You should prepare for physics, chemistry and mathematics. JEE occurs twice a year that is during April and January. So you can give twice while in Class 12. Actually you can write for two years after Class 12. You can read the syllabus, understand the basics, solve previous year questions and there are many additional text books subject-wise for JEE Preparation. You can try that too.
