Yes you can definitely achieve 200+ even with less than 4months to go.

First and foremost, be compleed with all chapters thoroughly by end of December 2017 by solving atleast 100-150 questions from each chapter through NCERT books.

JEE Mains2018 shall require Strategic planning, you should focus most on mock exams, solvibg Minimum 25 mocks is  strongly advised.

Moreover, you need indepth drill down Analysis of your mistakes made and the right approach which would score you positive is must to  saves time and efforts.

Also, one should focus on weaknesses and time consumed for wrong answers, which is need of the hours and  immediate improvement & ample of time devoted in correcting those mistakes,  and then take up mocks accordingly.

You will be then able to differentiate your strong areas from weak zones. Solving Strong areas first is the key to success.

Keeping notes of repetitive msitakes and revising impotfant formulae will help you in giving more mock exams and you will get more confident.

By February end, you should be done woth all mock exams and March shoukd be devoted stricy for revision.

Online mode is strongly recommended against offline mode since you can reattempt question and go back and forth.
