You can pursue mba after any graduate degree. Students from different streams of commerce, science and arts give this exam. You can also apply for this exam. Take the coaching for the CAT exam wherein you can learn aptitude, reasoning, data interperatation and english. By studying with utmost  dedication you can clearly clear the exam.

Yes, you can persue after your bachelor's degree in history Honors. The eligibility criteria for MBA includes an undergraduate degree and if you have scored the required marks then you can definitely go for MBA. 

Just prepare sincerely for the entrance exams and there will no problem in your path.
