Yes you can pursue your MBA from LMTSM. They do offer a program in MBA which takes admission through an application. The eligibilty criteria for the application is as follows:

• Candidates having Post Graduate degree in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate or CGPA or Grade from a recognized University/Institute are also eligible.
• Candidates having a graduate degree with a pass in all parts/sections of the Intermediate examination of CA/ICWA/ACS and having extraordinary managerial/leadership potential demonstrated through at least one year of experience are exempt from having 50% marks in their graduation/post graduation.\

With respect to above if you are eligible you can pursue MBA after writing the relevant entarnce examination.

Admission to MBA program at LM Thapar School of Management is on the basis of CAT/XAT/ NMAT by GMAC™/ GRE/ GMAT /CMAT/MAT/Thapar Entrance exam score and Final selection will be based on CAT/XAT/ NMAT by GMAC™/ GRE/ GMAT/ CMAT/MAT/Thapar Entrance exam score, Group Interaction, and performance in Personal Interview.

You will have to appear for any of the exams and clear the cutoff for admission.
