Hello, hope you are doing well!
The NEET 2020 has a strict dress code guideline which states your outfit should be just simple, plain and basic for both boys and girls. Wear light coloured clothes.
Specifically for girls it should not have embroidery, frills, layers, bright coloured or anything fancy. You should wear tshirts, shirts or kurtis that have half length sleeves and not full length. Your lowers should not be too shaggy or too loose.
All this is just to make sure you can't misuse your clothes to cheat during the examination or get too dressed into the exam hall or something that doesn't distract other students while giving the exam(clothes that have a shiny or glitzy touch to it often catches attention).
Also, don't wear closed shoes, wear open sandals. Don't wear any kind of jewelry.
Just dress yourself with something decent that's simple too.
Pallazos are just fine but only if not too loose and not too shaggy. Plain blue colour is fine too but only if its not too bright.
All the best!
