Yes ofcourse but depends upon the cutoff of the particular year. Like in 2019 PWD cuttoff was less than 1, in 2018 it was -35 so anything could be the cutoff and no one can predict it for PWD but you should be assured that the cut-offs are really low for PWD. Though I advise you to study for good marks as clearing JEE mains does not mean you will get a seat in nits or iiits.

the cutoff for PWd candidates is very low. This year april cutoff for PWd cutoff was 0.1153. and this is in percentile. So you have to score accordingly that you get a percentile above this. Percentile comes according to the performance of candidates not according to marks. Getting 1 mark may or may not make you eligible.
So try to score high as much as possible. The main factor is competion is high and you have to compete accodingly.
