Qualifying marks depends on the cut off. 145 marks won't  give you a government college but you'll be on the border line. You need 50% for qualifying.

We all know that without officially released cut-off details, it becomes quite difficult for anyone to make any accurate comment regarding this type of question. Still it can be definitely estimated that you'll become qualified in NEET UG exam with this marks and percentile. You can check the following details in this regard:

Now one thing I should inform you in this regard that if you're a General or OBC category student, then you don't have any possibilities to get admission in any kind of MBBS and BDS colleges in any state. But if you're from SC and ST category then there may be a little hope to get chance in Private MBBS or BDS colleges in your State, unless it's better to leave the hope regarding this.
