Hello Sagarika Das ,
I am sorry to tell you that you can't register for Joint Seat Allocation Authority JoSSA counseling as you have not qualified Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main .You can still sit for CSAB SFTI(Self Funded Technical Institutes)counseling .

Hey Aspirant.
See if u haven't qualified for the JEE mains then why will u get registered in the JoSAA counselling for the seat allocation as all the seats under it is provided by the JEE mains. So if u haven't qualified the JEE mains u won't be able to get into the JoSAA counselling.

hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
The answer to your question is no, you can't apply for JoSAA counselling if you haven't cleared JEE Mains.
The JoSAA Counselling is conducted for admission in NITs, IITs, IIITs, GFTIs for only those students who have cleared cutoff score for JEE Mains at least.
