sorry to hear that you have to repeat 12 class due to some reasons, but you are able to give the repeat it for the improving of your marks.

 Just be sure that repeating 12  each time will reduce your chances of getting a seat based solely on 12th marks (such as BCom, BSc or BA) each time. ... Otherwise, I don't think anyone would bother about your 12th marks, especially not after your first job.
