Dear Ruchi, unfortunately you cannot. Because making any changes to your Candidature should start from NEET application form. And now because you cannot go back and make any changes to your Nationality in the NEET application form, you cannot make any changes now. Unfortunately your Nationality will remain what you have chosen during the time of filling the NEET application form.
