Yes ! Sure you can easily score 300+ in 45 days all you have to do is make a time table for your each subject and try to focus more on your weaker subject .

Do solve mock test and check test analysis report properly .

Further spli lt your days 3 sets in 15 days each .

Since you want to prepare in  45 days then i will I suggest you to skip studying chapters from the textbook and study from previous years papers instead and  be focused also their are many channels conducting crashcourse you may take help from them but you have to work hard .

It would be easier for you to score 300+marks in Neet if you have some previous knowledge about the topics.But being practically if you start from Nil today it will be like more daunting task and you will have to burn midnight oil.

Neet paper is usually NCERT based,if you are good in that you could easily score much more marks,also since less no. Of days are left,start doing lots of mock test, previous year papers which definitely helps us in understanding the pattern,and managing the time.
