The Mathematic syllabus for NDA includes topics like Algebra, Trigonometry, Differential Calculus and Vector Algebra. Now but for JEE Mains, it is beyond these topics. So you can solve nda 2019 paper but if you want to secure a seat through JEE Mains, you should go beyond NDA syllabus because the topics and syllabus are vast and need extensive coverage of NCERT books and other books available in the market.

I think this is a really stupid question. NDA is a government exam which is given by lakhs of students from every part of India which includes rural and urban both. As we know the level of education in rural areas of India, the exam is set at an elementary and very basic level. The questions are very easy and adhere to NCERT.  But on the other hand, Jee Mains require a lot of efforts and preparation to clear the exam. The level of maths is quite high in JEE.
So in a nutshell, the answer is a big NO
