Hi

No, you cannot pursue BAMS in distance mode/correspondence

This is because,

BAMS is a medical course in which you study ayurveda and interact with patients and learn how to treat disease and for that a setup of medical college attached to a hospital is required and so it is not offered in distance mode dear and hence you can't pursue it online /in correspondence.

Some details about BAMS i. e Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery

------) it's duration is 5.5 years (4.5 +1 year of mandatory internship)

------) Admission is through neet examination

------) During the course you learn to  treat disease  to Ayurvedic treatment i. e using herbs ,along with use of modern medicine.

------) The main benefit is that Ayurveda works on eradicating the root cause of the disease rather than just treating symptoms

------) The average starting salary is Rs 20,000 per month of a BAMS graduate
