Yes you can pursue both CA studies and BTech together. But if you asking me for suggestions , I won't recommend doing both together.

BTech syllabus is vast and CA syllabus is also vast.

The structure of this CA is undoubtedly complex and immense.

CA requires longer duration and difficult to pass, there are better job offers than engineer.

If you can do both together there is no stopping you. Go ahead.
