Yes you can do intermediate course after doing BA in distance mode education. This will be done with full flexible credit transfer method.But no government institute or colleges or university will be implemented for your intermediate course.your marksheet from distance education for deriving of graduation without intermediate will be of no avail. No government  department jobs will entertain your degree as a graduation. Only private Universities and colleges and institution will give you the chance for doing intermediate course under their authority . Without intermediate any graduation degree is incomplete,invalid and not legal in course of education and jobs.
