Sorry but its difficult no matter how much you score in 12th, government of india wont be helping you study abroad for journalism because there is no such scholarship scheme available.Now talking about marks then there are so many student that score above 95% and even 99% in 12th so it would be difficult to give scholarship to every one of them.Though if you can do something extraordinary that luckily might catch attention of govt then it might be possible but still its very difficult.
