N.C.E.R.T is the base for any exam , please remember this, because this is the only book which is going to pay.

if you are well accquainted with the N.C.E.R.T  BOOKS you might have found that they cover almost every aspect of the exam paper. you can solve previous year papers or practice books for more examples and practice in numericals especially in physics and chemistry, but that to would be worthless if your theory is not clear. the chapters are dealt in coincise way in  N.C.E.R.T books thats why we think they do not have any content, bt in exams those are only asked nothing beyond that.

so if you are handy of N.C..E.R.T books, you can trust yurself that you will fetch good marks.
