Yes, you can submit the income certificate in 2nd phase of counselling also but go to AP EAMCET 2021 the official website and check if there is any details provided regarding this.
Candidates can attend the web counselling of from the state. Authorities provide 50 helpline centres in the state for online AP EAMCET counselling. You can ask them to add income certificate in ROC form . They will update it and the income certificate can be submitted after the counseling process. You need to carry original ROC form and income certificate along with the photocopy of it.
