can I submit the non creamy layer certificate at the time of counselling as I was not filled that I am having non creamy layer certificate while registration

No, in most cases, you cannot submit your Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate at the time of counselling  if you did not mention it during registration,you need to claim for reservation before the exam while filing application form.

Always refer to the official admission brochure or website to see if the institution allows for submitting category certificates during counselling even if not mentioned earlier.
