Sorry to inform you but you most probably can't switch from BFM to B.com, from BFM I guess you're talking about Bachelor in Finance Management which is quite a similar course but you can't take transfer from one course to another being in second year as the course mentioned in your semester certificates and the courses studied would be completely different from that of B.com and it's just that there exists no such procedure which allows you to change your course entirely that too in second year, I might recommend you have a fresh start as one year is not a great gap or should try to continue your studies in your previous college only.
