Dear student

Yes there are various private and government college where you can apply.

You can apply at govengover polytechnic mumbai and Government Institute of Printing Technology, Mumbai,VJTI, Matunga, Mumbai,SIMT, Mumbai

I don't know about part time courses but as far as I know you need to be regular fo diploma
