No you cannot get into physiotherapy through Mht cet exam. NEET is the only All India Common Entrance Examination for admission into various medical courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMSBPT OR BVSC. So you need to qualify NEET only for getting into Physiotherapy course. Through Mht Cet you can get admission into various engineering colleges and pharmacy, Pharma-D courses.
