Dear,

You cannot enter directly into the second year of BCom course until and unless you do Bcom Correspondence course. If you want to do Bcom as a full time degree, the only way is to study from the first year itself. In case of correspondence degree ,there won't be enough value to your degree.

Hello,
.
First doubt is have you done your B.Com 1st year.
If yes you can take a seat.
.
If not you aren't allowed directly to be seated in 2nd year.
.
And if you have done 1st year in Which college have you done? And the reason you got of from the particular college.
.
If you don't like your college then inform the college about your admission removal in Previous college.
.
Once your name got dismissed from the particular college you can join in another college.
And point to remember is confirm whether the seats are available in the new college you want to take and will they take admission in 2nd year.
.
If everything gets cleared get your thing's cleared.
Without them don't go for anything.
.
Hope you got my point and it was helpful.
Thank you
