Hello Shubham, first of all, caste is not mentioned on the mark sheet as far as CBSE is concerned (i don't know about other Boards). As you have passed the 12th it means that you must have given your caste details in your 12th registration form and even in the 10th registration form. So, there nothing about changing the caste or category if no change by the government is done centrally. it means that whatever category you have mentioned in 10th is going to be with you forever.
