yes you can take admission in part time diploma in electrical engineering.There are several colleges which are offering this facility. But ,In reality regular courses are always preferred across industries. There are certain companies or posts which will accept only regular graduates, those you cannot apply.So, if you have time and money, I would personally suggest you to go with regular course as it will open up all the lines for you.
