I am sorry to say that, but you cannot take admission in BCA in any good government institute if you have scored 44%. There is a lot of competition all across the country and you need to score atleast 90% if you want to take admission in any government college and even if you intend to take admission in any private institute you must atleast score 50% to meet their eligibility criteria.
