yes of course .about 80% of student doing BTECH (CSE) doesn't take computer subject in 11 and 12..This a not problem because you have 4year of BTECH in which you can master yourself .

you can most definitely take up computer science upon your completion of 12th standard even if you have not taken up computer science in your 10th standard. However it is required that your stream in 12th standard is science stream having subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
