If you have not started your Engineering than I would suggest to do your B.Tech in Computer Science if you wants to pursue M.S in Artificial Intelligence. By doing so you will learn various core computing subjects and programming languages such as python and javascript in your B.Tech will be a great help to learn AI and to study in abroad.

Although, yes you can get admission for M.S in AI after completing B.Tech in ECE. An engineering graduate in electronics and communication engineering has the full advantages any student may require to pursue a career in Artificial Intelligence.
