Yes, one can puruse two degrees at the same time, as UGC has approved that a student can get two degrees at the same time, but the only limit is that the one degree should be from distance mode, and another degree should be from regular mode. Also the stream of both the degrees should be different However they may opt both the degrees from same institution, or also from different institutions.
