Yes, Of course you can take up UPSC exam after your BNYS course, given that you satisfy the the age limit criterai which says that you should be above 21 years old and younger than the age of 30. You should also qualify the criterias for individual services.

BNYS is Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science . It is a bachelors degree approved and recognized by the Government if India .
UPSC requires the candidate to be a graduate from any field. Just fulfill the age limit eligiblity which is not more than 31 by 1st August in the year of examination.
