Yes you can change your Branch in Sem 3, Though the probability in Jamia is less, following are the few conditions:- - Your all subjects record in first year should be clear and should not be failing in any. - Your attendance criteria -Seat Availability in CSE batch So it will not be that easy if you choose one branch you shall most likely stick to that only.
If you have opted once for any branch ,you can not change that later. When you will be taking admission in JMI, you will be asked for branch Upgradation . If you are interested to get desired branch then fill the form at that time else leave that.
But once you have been allotted the branch you would not be able to do anything with that. So its better to fill the the form wisely. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
