No, you can't upload certificate in place of the marksheet. Get a dublicate marksheet for this. If are from CBSE board, you can get it downloaded from digilocker platform and upload it for your purpose. For other board (and CBSE also), you can get a dublicate marksheet by applying for it and then you can upload it.
