You have the option of submitting the 10th marksheet instead of passing certificate if you have passed your class 10th from a CBSE recognized school. As per CBSE terms, you won't get any passing certificate. In place of that you can submit your 10th marksheet that will work as both marksheet and passing certificate. If you have done your class 10th with other recognized education board like ICSE, State Boards, etc and didn't got any passing certificate then you have to visit your school to get further information.
