Hope you are doing good. The OBC certificate and OBC-NCL Certificate are both different things. OBC Certificate is valid mostly for entire life while OBC-NCL Certificate is valid only for certain period of time. OBC-NCL Certificate ensure that a person should belong to Non-Creamy Layer of OBC category. So, a As per information provided by JOSAA , to get benefit of OBC reservation , you have to get OBC-NCL Certificate . You cannot upload OBC Certificate in place of OBC-NCL Certificate. However, if you have OBC Certificate and you fullfill all eligibility criteria of OBC-NCL then it is easy to get OBC-NCL Certificate.
