Digilocker is government approved. So yes you can use your Digilocker marksheet for government exams as well as for different things. No problem. Its legal and verified by government. But for instance if you are going for a Counselling then you can upload your Digilocker Documents but at time of physical verification they ask for original documents but if you don't have no problems. They will accept in most cases.
