I would advise you to use a new farmer quota form im saying so because such forms have serial no or expire dates. Now if you are eligible for the quota and u apply using a non valid document u will be the 1 at loss becauseif the documentis invalid than you won't be eligible to claim the farmers quota. So my advice to you would be to utilize a fresh copy of the form. We don't want u to take any risks!!
