See syllabus of JEE-Main and NEET UG are quite similar for Physics but difficulty level of questions is quite higher in JEE-Main as compared to that of NEET U, this is because NEET UG is little bit more inclined towards theoretical and conceptual part as compared to that of JEE-Main where the examination is primarily focused towards numerical portion.

However you can learn concepts for NEET modulus but totally depending upon it would not be the wise decision if you are seriously preparing for JEE-Main and want to achieve a good target.
