The general rule is that you use your maiden name after marriage. However, if you wish to apply by your old surname/parental surname then yes you can apply with this. But you need to swear an affidavit that you are the same person with your maiden surname and parental surname. Also, you need to hold an account with your parental surname so that rammitance can be done easily.
